In order to complete the project, ISSCO is able to build temporary furnaces or ovens on site. Furnaces and ovens can treat big portions and batch heat many parts at once by using convection heat to achieve consistent heating. We are able to supply heating for furnaces by diesel burning or electrical technology.
Furnace PWHT using electrical or diesel heat sources ensures uniform heating, controlled cooling, and improved material properties such as reduced residual stresses, enhanced ductility, and increased resistance to cracking, ensuring superior performance and longevity of welded components.
